I’ll be really obnoxious and point out that Mitsubishi Pencil Co. is completely unrelated to Mitsubishi Motors or any of the broader Mitsubishi group companies. The pencil company is actually the one that originally trademarked that logo.

I think what turns me off the most about “SAVE THE MANUALS” is the number of people who show up in the comments complaining about the lack of manual transmission on a car that they wouldn’t buy new even if it were offered with a manual.
Is worried about Nissan’s future and considering selling the Nissan, but is also considering buying an Infiniti??? Am I reading this right?
But Americans have time and time again demonstrated with their purchases that they are just dumb fat hicks who want giant, cheap cars with lots of cupholders.
Was going to make a joke about how someone can have a name like Nissani and have a Hyundai dealership instead of Nissan, but it turns out they also have a Nissan dealership
Because infotainment software is only a minuscule part of the overall development cost of a car.
They could easily avoid bankruptcy if they could just get a couple more people to unwittingly be charged a toll road “convenience fee”
Just when I was starting to get used to the Lexus grilles... What is that on the front of the Hyundai?
This is an extremely well-optioned example for a manual. Most manual F-Types are bare bones with base everything, which is one of the reasons why no one bought them. A manual S is very rare, as is a manual with the premium and vision pack, performance seats, and extended leather pack. To have all of these in one car…
Should have saved all the dollars they collected from unwitting tourists that went through a toll road and were charged a $30/day “convenience fee”
This is a bad take and I'm glad to see most of the other commenters agree. We should not throw shade at people for giving, no matter how insignificant you think the amount is.
This sounds like one of those things that was intentionally produced suboptimally for the first go-round so they could “improve” it later.
1998 is well past the bubble era in Japan. This car was first unveiled in concept form in 1993, which itself is after the bubble burst.
Many other countries already do this, so if you have a problem with this you should probably avoid international travel altogether.
I bought one 10 years ago in way better condition for $800, not $8000. Even with the current market, there is no way this one is worth $8000.
