This is so cool. With the tweets about Pacific Rim and now this, I have a new resurgence of respect for Kojima.

I wish more developers gave us a candid look at what they think is cool outside of their own product. Very few actually publicly praise other games/movies/books/etc.

Usually it's just stuff like this:

Why the hell was this cross-posted to Deadspin? I don't have anything against the people there, but that's just a completely different demographic.

Yeesh, Naughty Dog is catching a lot of shit recently.

Hopefully they either come clean or show where they got the map from.

Forza 5 will be the same game it has been. Crimson Dragon does look good, Sunset Overdrive only has a trailer too (which you neglect to mention), and Titanfall is coming to PC.

I'm not telling you that the PS4 has better exclusives or that the XBone has worse. I'm just saying that you can't just say Xbox has better

Okay, whereas the Xbox One has a Disney Channel Game, an equally unimpressive driving game, a fighting game that hasn't seen release in 10 years, a kinect game, an incredibly small downloadable motorcycle game (which will be on Steam shortly after it comes out, just watch), a golf game, a tv show pretending to be a

PS4:

Woah dude. A little late there, haha.

You guys aren't the only ones. I'm usually a very serious and cautious gamer, but when I heard that song I screamed. I just screamed and then felt like crying.

Being invested in a series is one thing. Being invested in Kingdom Hearts is completely different.

Yeah, I'm fairly certain I paid minimum on that HB, but I'm not sure.

I guess that just shows to do some research before blindly buying fun games.

Well, I instantly feel bad for having given them money for Dungeon Defenders.

Alright, I'll help you out here since apparently it's too hard to figure out for some people.

Let's say the World of Tanks is World A. Let's call Company of Heroes 2 World B.

World B says "Except in this world...", which is a comparative statement. In this world implies that it isn't possible in that world. So if World

They say it in a way that is meant to compare against something.

"Except in this world..." implies that it wouldn't be possible in that world. Thus the comparison and alleged subtle poke at WoT.

What other world would they be talking about that is famous for ONLY tanks?

"Except in this world..."

World of Tanks.

It REALLY isn't that difficult.

Agreed, this is sorta horrifying. It has a nails on chalkboard sort of feeling when I look at it...

GAH!

I could have sworn they said that they'll be doing a more realistic approach, where the cop will be alerted if you're within his line of sight.

I feel like I read that somewhere. Anyone know where?

I feel you there. The trope is a little old to be anything refreshing.

If anything, I hope they don't go too 'bro-dude-nuke-tacticool' with it and make it a little more serious.

Actually, that's not too far from the truth. :P

But at any rate, I don't understand why you and Aryn are trying to make it out like I'm defending barring women from the military or that Infinity Ward did the "right" thing.

All I said was where they got the information from. That's it. I hope at some point we do have

To be fair, I've never seen someone regrow their limbs in a Call of Duty game, or any other military shooter thus far, so that's not a very reasonable argument.

I'm not sure why you're getting upset with me, considering I said I don't agree with the practices of the US military in their treatment of women (or LGBT for

You do realize that U.S. special operations (as in SEALs, Special Forces, Rangers, etc.) do not allow women to join, right? Every time I see this argument, I have to remind everyone that they can't join these particular branches.

I'm not saying it's right or that women should be barred from them. It's just stupid to

If there is anything that these articles remind me of, it's that the majority of Kotaku readers are huge complainers...

At any rate, I'm looking forward to finally finding out some information. It probably won't amaze me, per se, but it'll be enjoyable to see how our gaming will be influenced for the next 5 years. I'm
