@Gossy... Fortune and Glory: I know this is months later, but I dusted off my 360 today (ha ha ha!) and was startled not to find a borderlands demo on the service. Searched Kotaku, and It seems there isn't one.
@Mister Jack commands 1000 prinnies!: I know. As a reader of Nintendo Power since I even knew what language was, I seem to recall "Hoshi no Kirby" always being on the list of "TBA" titles ... Forever. I almost (sarcastically) wonder if it's just the same game, stuck in development hell, like Nintendo's Duke Nukem. #n…
@jeremycole: I never meant to make any claims about the worth of the thing, I'm just saying here that DS games will not run better on a DSi, because that's just not how the hardware works. The old DS games are running at the same speed because they are actually running on the same, lower speed processor.
Is my computer horrendously broken, or what is wrong with the "n" being used for the font on this site, now? #daynote
@Doozerhunter: I'm on your side, here. Even if there are lots of good reasons for them to release it early to pre-orderers, I would think there are more reasons to release it to everyone at the same time.
@Demonbird: Well, from what I'm gathering here, it's a physically larger version with a lower DPI (resolution is unchanged), and the casing itself is larger, aimed at parents and grandparents.
I concede all earlier defense of the DSi. You are permitted to wail in angst. #nintendodsi
@You Are My Friend!: This is... A little narrow minded, unless you're being facetious. The majority of people who drink do not cause issues.
I am not sure this is the right attitude to have. "Wow, we're heathens: Please give us DRM to protect us from ourselves!"
@Crash McCloud: The real problem is that they said this wasn't a Rock Band game, but then they put the RB logo on it anyway.
@JoeyJavs: I do have to admit that I was tempted to make some soul-crushing facetious remark here, but I am compromising for just telling you about it, instead.
@denki: Bonus Levels in Super Mario World.
@Monolith: Because there are fighters from most other countries in the game?
@WhiteMage: I agree tremendously with your post and the fact that I am not alone in thinking that Twilight Princess was mediocre for reasons other than "lol it's a gamecube game meh" is comforting.
@RockyRan: I'm kind of excited for when the Wii hits $100. I wouldn't mind owning multiple, for modding and hobbyist purposes. They're great little boxes.
@deanbmmv: The article all but explicitly states it is a server issue. The server they are using to serve the Arcade games can't handle 2GB.
@Nazraen: I imagine what really happened is with the success and mad cash money they were making on the 360, the board went, "Wow, the risk was worth it— Let's expand to more devices!"
