Am I the only one who thinks the writing of this post is a little cryptic? What harm has it caused?
@rianfrost: Taking into account population differences, I wouldn't be surprised if the ratio of wii owners to animal crossing owners is much higher in japan than in america.
@trogam: The amount you have been touched by this song touches me.
@m9105826: I suppose. It's just surprising to hear that sort of argument from anyone except a console fanboy.
@giant_chibi: Yes, I was being smarmy, but ultimately games have to choose on a sort of a slider between "Amazing storyline" and "Appealing to mass interests who just want to shoot things"
@CockroachMan: There is also the strange issue with Chrono Trigger, an RPG with substance, not beating out Animal Crossing, an RPG where you write letters to imaginary people.
@lumpi: I'd be curious to know as well.
If the PC version has online play the real solution here should've been a CD key and no access to online servers without a legit key. It's worked for starcraft for over 10 years now..
@EnigmaNemesis: Just because it isn't as convoluted as the other story lines doesn't mean it's bad material for a game.
@gold163: From a business perspective I can't say I understand why anyone would get upset over porting a game to the console with the largest base install.
@Skuld: Well, there is sort of an Incongruity. His nickname implies that he is the type to leave these messages, and yet here he is, scolding someone else for doing so.
My NES and green-brick monochome gameboy are still working, so I really can't say how durable they are, since I can't divide by zero.
@Cecil450: That's sort of silly to blame Rock Band, none of the GH stuff works with RB either, you could just as easily blame GH as well.
I hereby vote for Steriogram. Oh yes.
@Torusan: Jinx. ...or... Jynx? :facepalm:
I think it is unique because Dragonite is typically found only at level 55, this is a chance to use a rare pokemon (Yes, it was rare in the originals too) in Lv50 sanctioned tournaments.
I would say that owning a copy of the game constitutes fair use for downloading the rom and applying the translation patch.
For anyone saying 20 years is too lenient, the story here is sort of mis-quoted. the article linked says: "Bramlage, 23, pleaded guilty to two counts of murder Wednesday in Grant Circuit Court. His siblings endorsed a plea agreement that recommends their younger brother serve life in prison with the possibility of…
The pacing is pretty steep, you have to grind a lot at the beginning by beating up bad guys (2-3 at a time), then going home and resting up and repeating the process till you get a few levels/sodas. I wouldn't say selling the sodas is worth it (I mean, you could just use 'em...)
