The protestors made and left these hearts behind.

This is such a great example of community organizing. The SLSO a spokesperson was very supportive. I'm very proud of this cultural institution in my city!

As a voter, here are the questions I am asking myself.

good luck with the rest of your pregnancy. I'm going through some issues with fertility now and I often wonder how I will deal with a miscarriage if it happens. I hope I have the strength to keep trying.

Sort of related to this, Elisabeth Badinter published an article a while back about how these new types of helicopter/attachment/earth mama parenting - but particularly motherhood - are undoing the advances we've achieved in the last 50 years and basically holding women back but more perversely, through guilt and the

Speaking of Ebola...

The End of Time is one of the worst regeneration episodes I've ever seen on Doctor Who and yet everyone seems to love it. RTD destroys any sort of dignity the Master ever had once again, the episode spends the last five minutes stroking RTD's ego by showing every character he created and even giving Rose A THIRD

YouTube celebrities tend to be seen as much more accessible and "normal folk" to their fans than, say, Katy Perry. Meetups with Youtube stars are common- from super informal "I'll be at this pub in the East Village on Thursday night guys, come say hi!" to VidCon, which is now an institution that gathers thousands of

For those who don't follow youtube very closely, this is yet another link in a chain of horrible allegations against youtubers who have large (predominantly teen) female audiences. These range from soliciting child pornography (adult vloggers getting nude pictures from their underage fans), to abuse, to rape. This

Throughout all of this, Laci Green has been the greatest. She has some other YouTubers to steer clear of, too.

is Buddhism responsible for the crazed zealots murdering families in Burma? Is Hinduism responsible for the mobs attacking neighbors in India? Christianity has certainly inspired violence (see: the last 500 years). Religion doesn't act in an historical, social, cultural vacuum.

Size aside, shouldn't Wayne Manor be a little further out from the city proper? This place barely has a front yard, as well as on-street parking. They can do a lot with digital compositing, but I'm not seeing it.
