I went to the march in Akron, Ohio. It was really well organized! There were shuttles to take people between the start and stopping points (2 mi apart), posters people cold take, and flyers with chants and gun violence statistics.

I hope you get a diagnosis soon and are put on an appropriate treatment plan. I actually cried with happiness when I was diagnosed with Fibro because it had been such a long, hard road even to get doctors to acknowledge there was something wrong with me.
