 I’m really lucky. My dad actually bought the house, and my nephew and I will live in it and pay rent to him. There’s no way I’ll ever make enough to buy a house myself or get a home loan.

 It’s a really beautiful day, my voice student did a really good job in her lesson today, I’m sitting outside with my sisters and their children, my chronic pain isn’t quite as bad today, and, as I wrote above, I bought a house!

 Thank you! The biggest downside with this house is that it’s small. Pretty much everything in it has been redone, so it’s really nice.
