In "The Tales of Beedle the Bard," doesn't JK Rowling write that some witch had done the same kind of thing with Beedle's fables? (She took out the gore and made them "kid-friendly."

They did. The link was taken down quickly after commenters voiced their displeasure.
There should be a word in the English language for being shocked and utterly appalled but, at the same time, not surprised in the slightest.
Welcome to Night Vale.
He and his brother, Hank, have been making videos back and forth on the Vlogbrothers channel for seven years. They have many other projects too, like the educational channels SciShow and Crash Course.
There's a sex-ed channel on YouTube called Sexplanations. It's hosted by a sexologist, Dr. Lindsey Doe. I've only seen it once, so I don't know what age group it'd be useful for.
Sure thing. I hope you find something you like! :)
You should watch them; they're great! I never thought I would enjoy them either (I dislike sports and sports video games), but they are so entertaining. It's kinda like John's podcast where he talks about his life, random topics, or his players' fictional lives. I started out just listening to them and not watching…
Oh my God, that would be the best. The perfect answer to those life-or-death cooking competitions (not that I don't enjoy those as well).
It's hosted by Sarah Urist Green, with John there sometimes too. She's brilliant.
I've found that I love anything they're a part of. Do you watch The Art Assignment? That show is brilliant.
That's a good point. I'm sorry that I assumed you didn't watch YouTube. (I love Hannah too.)
Love the vlogbrothers (John and Hank Green).
A lot of YouTube videos take the form of web series now. I see what you mean, but I believe a lot of what the panel talked about was for videos posted on YouTube (or, in Shane Dawson's case, spin-offs of his YouTube work). I'm not sure where Shane Dawson's film will be released (I don't watch him). I know that Hannah…
What are your interests? YouTube actually has a lot to offer. (I haven't watched all of these channels.)
It really depends. I'm sure most YouTube videos are made by the individuals who are in them, but when the videos are fancier, they need more people to help produce them. I'll give an example that I'm very familiar with: John and Hank Green. (You may have heard of them; John is the author of "The Fault in Our Stars,…
I like author/YouTuber John Green's (and Hank Green's) grandmother's term for it: "scoodilypooping."
Hi Akilah. It was a great panel. I wasn't there, but I watched it on YouTube. Also, as someone said in the panel, there was another panel dedicated to beauty bloggers and this issue: "Beauty Bloggers: Dealing with Hate." I like Jezebel a lot, but sometimes this site doesn't look at things deeply enough.
Hi, just make sure to triple check with your doctor that you can get Lasik. I have keratoconus, a cornea-thinning disease, and the doctors hammered it into me that I can never get Lasik because it would further thin my corneas. Hope everything works out for you!
But Rowsdower, you will save us. You save all the world!
