Actually there is a newer Rondo up in Canada, even the grille kinda looks like it:

How is this not grossly cheapening the brand?

A 30k car on a 50-70k salary is a really bad financial decision. A lease is an even worse financial decision. When I had an income like that, I bought used cars with cash. (some were fun) I spent my money on long term funds/bonds, real estate and education.

I'd love to see these younger buyers who can afford a $45k car. They can't even afford Scions, and everyone knows how much of a success that brand was.

The odds of who ever buys this never drives it more than once? Onemillion:1

F14T = FIAT

I think, compared to the step nose, time has been favourable to The Walrus.

Computer. Enhance.

This is Jalopnik, so no one will agree, but the smiley faced Mazdas were awful

I actually kind of liked it....

I'll probably get killed for this but I think the new BMW grill looks horrible. The way they connect the headlights with the grill makes the car look like a smiling whale.

Easy. Peugeot has nailed it down perfectly:

I want the Toyota nose badge bulge to go away. Front grills shouldn't have blobby bulges.

You're probably not. It's clean and neat when all the other cars are overpacked with unnecessary design cues.

Actually no. That looks cool. But had to be working, which was not always the case.

What what? Of all the grilles, you're picking on VW's? The most inoffensive and basic of all grilles? No. If anything, all corporate grilles should be as innocuous and inconspicuous like that.

I actually don't mind the styling of this car. But i know i am in the minority here.

2013 was the best U.S. sales year for Acura since 2007, when you state their last true concept car was unveiled. Keep in mind that concept car is responsible for the grilles that still adorn/infect Acuras. Also keep in mind that when they tried to innovate with something like the ZDX, it failed miserably.

Dat scoop...
