I am not a pacifist in game, but I call pulling dragons to towns as "community activities." Stableboys and guards and bears alike can get in on the fun of dragon-cide.

2/3rds of the way through Mockingjay, and it occurred to me how amazing a Hunger Games RPG would be. Third person/first person shooter. Where you can actually die in the arena, and you would basically just hop into the shoes of the next year's tributes. You could select your district, pump points into skills, etc.
