I'd say slightly better than mediocre sound quality (way too much bass!), cheap materials (black or white glossy plastic on a 250$ product?) and MONSTER cable prices about sums it up.

My main complaints from the 1st:

Can you imagine if you had to have physics in a game using that as well? Can you kick up a cloud of dust? What if I wanted Red Faction-esque destruction? Wind? Different masses to objects? Gravity?
