What resolution are you looking at? For a good solid PC for sims, the $600 option will run Sims at 1080p with all options set to max. Just be sure to install the game itself into the Solid State Hard Drive (SSD).

I would recommend the NVIDIA 1050 TI to match the i3. It makes more sense to have those two together. an i5 would match up with the 1050TI or RX 480.
