I see I misread the article. I can still understand regardless. I would probably hesitate to go to the police myself in that situation. I doubt she trusted them to protect her after the fact. That's just my opinion.

She did report it. He sent the video to her and she immediately brought it to the police. Imo she was smart to bring that. I doubt they would have believed her at all otherwise. He’d still be on the force, but she'd probably still be arrested.

This is enraging. The person fucking with her on FB needs to learn to mind their own damn business.
