Polk does have a huge teacher shortage right now. They fired over 90 teachers in this county alone this year after some kind of testing.

I was supportive and kept my skepticism to myself because as someone who's been there, I'm not about to do that to another. Now I'm done. Why though? Did he really think it wouldn't get figured out? I mean seriously. What was the thought process here?
