Unpopular opinion: I don’t like the helmet cam. It is distracting and less enjoyable to watch than the on car camera. Sure, occasionally getting some sense of what it’s like is cool, but I don’t think it makes the overall broadcasts better.

It’s an abandoned project. What could possibly go wrong?

I have a different theory with the same conclusion.

My recollection in California when they made the change to no fault was specifically around the cost of lawsuits. I could be wrong, that change was a long time ago now...

I’m sure there are many factors that make insurance so expensive, but if you add attorneys into the mix of every auto accident to determine who is at fault, it is not going to reduce your rates.

Graham Hill and Nigel Mansell have to be 1 and 2 on any facial hair ranking for it to be valid. Emo at 3 is the right call. Which puts Danny Ric at the very highest fourth. Those are simple facts.

Lets be very clear: this is not something anyone will buy. The “perks” included there aren’t worth anywhere near the asking price. An expensive bottle of champagne and a nice dinner coupled with a bunch of things they already own and pay for. Nope. This is about two things: (1) Publicity and (2) Giving this to someone

The element, ram charger and Baja are no brainers in this market. Why is the Toyota FJ not here?

I’ve driven a Dodge Caliber.

It’s crazy how much larger they are than what we consider normal aircraft these days. The walls don’t feel curved at all, and the ten across seating is something to behold. I’ve flown on many, but I’ve never been upstairs in the hump.

He was recording and goes back and shows the dip he hit. He didn’t plan on hitting the dip, he was foolish and didn’t know it was there. The camera gets dropped because it was a massive hit at high speed.

That dip is no joke. Yes a raptor would be fine, it’s built for it. He put it in a high speed street mode that lowers the suspension and then hit a five foot dip. Would it have sustained this much damage in normal mode? Probably not. Was it stupid regardless, yes. He was going at high speed down a dirt road he didn’t

I know several of those airports. The addition of TSA absolutely crushed the retail aspects of how they were designed. This seems onerous, but I’m glad someone is trying to figure out how to make airline travel a little better again. Everything has continually gotten worse since 2001.

I want this to succeed. But for commercial viability they are going to have to solve the on the ground issues as well. Something like pre check but faster that allows you to arrive at the airport 30 min before your flight. That’s probably a lot cheaper than supersonic speed too :-)

FTFY

My primary car has been a stick since I learned to drive nearly forty year ago. Strong proponent. I would not even consider a simulated manual. But I would buy an EV if it made sense for my needs. The idea of a simulated manual or even a two speed manually operated transmission in an EV is just silly.

Not gonna lie, I spent a lot of time away from the track this year. There was nothing worth seeing other than the F1 content. The vintage cars were fun to see go around for one session, but no support races was the worst. Last year at least they had some F4 race.

The Yugo is much worse than this article would have you believe. For one thing, any surviving yugo is well sorted, something that none of them were from the factory. Second, the interior is vastly cheaper than its competition at the time. Look, a Toyota Tercel wasn’t a great car in anyones book, but it felt luxury

Nope. It did not get worse. This is the all time champ for this hall of shame.

She has raced in Asian F3. The results were...not good.
