This actually lends credence to the “whole thing was a scam from the beginning” idea. To the people of Lordstown, and to the state of Ohio, this name makes perfect sense. They took over the former GM Lordstown factory and this name suggests pride in the community.

We all want you to mock the marina mercilessly. That’s a given.

Look. I LOVE Watkins Glen. I attend the IMSA race there frequently. It’s an amazing place. But it is next to a small village. There are a grand total of like 7 motels within 30 miles of the place. There is no freaking way you can put a modern F1 circus at Watkins Glen. Forget the track safety issues, the

I paid $270 for a three day GA pass to the F1 race at COTA in 2021. I upgraded to grandstand seats in 2022 so I don’t remember what the GA price was, but having an actual seat cost me a little more than $500 for all three days, which is absurd but miles better than Miami pricing.

I love PA. I live in PA. And you are not wrong. But I take driving vacations in West Virginia because it’s super fun and the roads are in better shape. That doesn’t disagree with any of the people above saying WV doesn’t maintain their roads well, it simply speaks to the state of the roads in PA.

Citing a hollywood racing movie, a work of fiction, from the 1960's is not a compelling argument that F1 has drama. That said, of course it does. F1 only makes sense when you understand the stories behind what is happening on the track. I remember standing up and screaming at my television when Sato, in the Super

I like the series. I have seen all nine main films. I have never heard anyone call F9 the high point until today. Fast Five is the high point by a long shot, and he also directed that one. The low point is 2, which he did not do. The wachowskis haven’t done a good film since the original matrix, so having them do this

F1 is not loud. At all. I went to Austin and didn’t wear earplugs. CART back in the day, heck even nascar it was essential. But the turbo hybrid V6 is not even remotely a noise issue. These people are clueless.

Imagine actually caring if things are done legally. The audacity.

My first thought was “Huh, now I know why they called them buzz bombs”

Prost lost at least one championship to a $30 part that failed frequently and the team felt they couldn’t replace because it would offend a key relationship.

Sprint races. A bad idea executed poorly.

NFT’s are hilarious to me.

If they don’t meet the deadline I’ll bet this still works. And if it doesn’t, I know a lot of guys who could drop an LS in it in very short order...

I have a deep seated lust for a lawnmower I didn’t know existed before today. That thing is amazing!

These cars are about image and inaccessibility, and that is only created if people know about them. Like it or not, articles like this are part of why the cars are all sold out. Doing these things keeps the brand in the minds of people so that a Lamborghini is something (some) people aspire to. If there were no

Anyone who thinks LA has a good public transportation system has never been there. LA is impossibly huge, and the rail lines don’t even scratch the surface of where you would actually want to go. It’s terrible and mostly useless.

Ok, that was entertaining to watch though, but those poor drivers... I don’t know how anyone thought that rail crossing was going to work in a race car.

Just wanted to say, welcome to F1! You picked a great year to start watching.
