Having kids does not mean you have to eat generica. We never did and our kids are 17 and 20 now, and they will eat at literally any restaurant we go to. On our vacation this summer our first restaurant was a small Mediterranean place close to the interstate in Massachusetts. The food was wonderful and the service was

Me reading this article:

I am grateful to the people who make games. But I would never encourage anyone I care about to go into this industry.

Poorly conceived? I have conceived of nothing and certainly offered nothing technically implausible. Literally all I said was you can put a roll cage in virtually any car, even something as small as a Miata.

Yup, that’s what I was arguing. Not advocating for a series to stop tweaking a formula that isn’t working and go back to its roots. You have fun watching a nearly spec series of big heavy cars going in circles. I’ll stick to F1, IMSA and other series that actually have an interesting product.

Long Beach has one hairpin leading onto shoreline drive. It’s a really great track with a beautiful view and lots of character. This is ... two long straights, two hairpins and a bunch of soulless 90 degree turns. Sorry, this is marginally better than the Caeser’s Palace Parking Lot. (If you don’t know what I’m

Yes, yes we do. And we also know how to put a roll cage in a Mazda Miata. So a roll cage could be installed in almost any modern car. We also know a ton of ways to limit performance that we didn’t know in 1967. Just because NASCAR has gone away from being stock cars doesn’t mean they have to stay that way. Saying it

Nascar made it work just fine through 1967 or so, and even after that the cars still had a lot of similarities with the car they were representing. It wasn’t until the 90's that they abandoned all semblance of resembling the car they were supposedly based on...

I know you are just trying to be funny, but nobody is suggesting nascar become endurance racing. That’s always going to be a niche market. But the claims that “you can’t do competitive racing without common template cars” is clearly destroyed by IMSA, BTCC and others.

Making the difference between the car bodies little more than stickers and going completely away from the cars being “stock” in any fashion has to have also hurt. They need to look over the fence at IMSA to see how to make a competitive racing series out of uniquely different cars...

This is exceedingly bad for NASCAR. It is inexcusable that a championship winning team can’t find sponsorship a year later despite running a solid third in the championship.

It sounded like he hadn’t seen a replay. From the perspective of the cockpit the driver thinks they are in the right 99% of the time.

Please no.

Did you watch the race? Seriously, the race was incredible. Awesome from end to end

Mercedes has thrown away two race wins for Lewis this year. It’s nice to see them get it right for once.

Dude. Lewis won ten races, had only two DNF’s (one an engine failure) and won the last four races of the season. I think it’s pretty unfair to both drivers to say Lewis screwed up. Nico won that championship with nine race wins and a total of five more points that Lewis at season’s end. The one less DNF was the

Perhaps you should watch the replay where Vettel comes across the track and hits Hamilton. It was absolutely Vettel’s fault and also not worthy of a penalty.

I was very excited as well, and haven’t logged in for ages.

Indeed. I don’t get the hostility. Have a good one, enjoy Monza!
