So what you’re saying is that a senator did something great accidentally by trying to get his way on something else. For once the system worked.

I think they should announce a flying car. It’s every bit as likely to see production as the rest of their announcements.

Did the exact same thing. He has a 72 Spitfire that needs more power. The work is done here. NP all day long.

I recommend this approach: do your job for several years without getting paid anything. See how that works for you.

The e36 M3 gets little love, but that diff makes it seriously quick and the 0-60 times are very close to the euro spec M3. It’s a fun car to drive, which is, I believe, the point.

Back when Indycar still mattered, back when it was the most popular form of Motorsport in the US, before the idiot grandson ruined the whole thing because he wanted to be in charge, the season ended at Laguna Seca.

Can confirm. I discovered that the 95 Explorer actually had pretty good off road chops on the roads around Big Bear. And later, my lifted 88 cherokee took me where the explorer feared to tread. Great trails, great views, great experiences all around. Nice first writeup.

This is brilliant. This is a Cygnet worth driving.

I uncropped the photo a bit for you all...

Indy 1987. All seats at a race track are unsafe.

Sure, it isn’t the only way. But they still exist after much time and now there is discussion to drop them to avoid this tariff. As a guy who drives a German car, that’s a good thing IMHO.

Why are we doing this? Easy, it’s ridiculous that there are tariffs on US automobiles when the auto industries in those countries are clearly well established.

It’s around the first weekend of July every year. Don’t miss out next year!

HOLY CRAP WHAT A WEEKEND!!!

I’m at Watkins Glen and despite the withering heat, the fan experience at an IMSA race is second to none. If they offered to sell me a ticket for next year I would buy it on the spot.

There’s a guy in our town that picks up stuff people throw away and sells it, or takes it to auction. He also picks things up like an old washer and dryer if you call him. At the end of the day he works hard for not much money, but he deserves much respect for working instead of just sitting around. I never haggle

NASCAR is such a joke I’ve lost count. They had a problem in that you could win a championship without winning races because their point system didn’t value winning enough. But instead of just adding 25 extra points for a win or something, they’ve jerked with everything for years. It’s unrecognizable now.

CVT’s are a horrible blight on humanity and should be banned from all vehicles.

What happened to the totally awesome matching trailer?

Oh man, I would totally buy that. Just for that strange body. Drop an LS, a new interior and some standard analog gauges and drive it until the body falls off from rust .... a week later.
