It’s not the most attractive front of a car ever, but it’s a billion times better than the beak. Acura stuck with that for FAR too long. The predator mouth has grown on me, and I think it works with the “exciting” cars. I agree a much milder version would be a good idea for the giant SUV and the LS400 descendants...

I’m all for being tough on crime, but it seems like a hefty fine and a lot of community service would make way more sense than hard time for driving recklessly... 1000 hours of community service would actually give something back, as opposed to just draining resources.

Yep, it’s clearly all about safety...

Why is this filed under crime?

This list is invalid without Space Team. Lots of shouting and excitement. Cross platform. We run the main app on the AppleTV and then everyone logs in with their iphone or android phone and we play. So much fun.

I’m not positive, but I’m pretty sure that buggy is Mennonite.

You misspelled “amazing”

Ok, too ashamed to write this before but I’ll fess up on mine:

I quite like Bullitt. But I like 60's pacing vs. the frenetic pace of a modern action film. Even understanding that I genuinely like Bullitt, Ronin is way, way better.

A legend and hero of mine as well. I always loved this story of him talking about driving a minivan:

This is a thing? AWESOME

My first car was an 81 Horizon. It was very reliable until 100k miles. After that it became extremely unreliable. I looked at it as built to go 100k and not a mile more...

One of my best friends had one of these in High School. At first we were all in awe of it, he had a BMW! (this was the mid 80's when these were new and awesome) But honestly the acceleration wasn’t very good, the interior was rather utilitarian and while we had good times in the car, I don’t have fond memories like I

I honestly still want one. But it’s madness. It’s a unique power train from a dead company with no support and a small field of customers. I’m smarter than that. I just have to keep telling myself that. Over and over again...

You mean like all the Karma owners? At least that car brought something different to the table with the dual powertrain nothing else in its class had. But, yeah, the Faraday is almost certainly doomed to the same fate.

Sometimes they just happen. One year on a whim I bought bacon the week of Christmas. We never make bacon at home. I made it Christmas morning and there was much rejoicing. Now every year I HAVE to make bacon on Christmas morning. Kind of a weird way to celebrate the coming of the Jewish Messiah but there ya go.

Absolutely marvelous! I was quite surprised by the effort put into the story telling. Perfectly preserved examples of cars are wonderful, but there is no joy in them. This video radiates joy.

So much better to let it rust away. Wouldn’t want the remaining molecules of steel to have less than perfect paint.

Remember when the idiot grandson took his speedway and went home, creating a rival racing series? Remember how Indycar went on to total domination of world motorsports after that event?
