My mother in laws house was a 3-8 foot pile of garbage in every square inch of every room. The house was filled with mice and cats who couldn’t get to the mice and smelled of urine. Oh, the horrible awful stench of that house. I went to the chiropractor for the first time in my life after we loaded 42 TONS of trash

So perhaps fixing a system that is designed around forcing everyone to have insurance is a better idea then. List price is often 10x what the insurance actually pays. The system is stacked to shaft the poor. Rather than forcing everyone into insurance, let’s fix the inequitable system designed to make insurance

I don’t get why they edited out the start of every clip: “hold my beer eh?”

Never understood the hate for these. 240hp in a light frame isn’t bad. Sure, it’s not a modern 500hp beast, but neither was anything else in the 70s. And look at it! I am one who thinks these have always looked good, even when they weren’t fashionable and they are just getting better.

My 81 Horizon was amazing and drop dead reliable up to 100,000 miles. And then it morphed into a complete piece of Audi. Seriously. After 100k miles everything broke. And I mean everything.

1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4WD.

The people who actually buy these cars care far more about these times than they care about the opinions of people who dislike ring times.

In general HOA’s are about control. It’s people who want to live in a neighborhood where everything looks the same. We live in one now, and I read every page of the contract before signing. This one is mild. No outside clotheslines (a big deal here in Amish country and kinda discriminatory imho) and no sheds.

Not disagreeing with you. But you said “most countries” and that’s simply not true.

Six owners and only 24k miles? Thing must be AMAZING to drive...

Actually my impression from friends that live in other parts of the world is that US roads on the whole are pretty good. The last time friends from Ukraine stayed with us they commented on how great the roads were the entire time.

1. I liked NASCAR more when it was rednecks getting in fights. My interest waned in the 90's. Even still, it’s more interesting than basketball...

Those are nice cars. Personally, I have always disliked them because I am a huge fan of the BMW inline 6, and they went to a V8 with the E93. They went back to the six for the M4, but with the M2 out if I was going to get a newer BMW I’d go there.

This entire formula of keeping the field close is going to result in a lot more crashing. That’s the obvious outcome. If that’s the desire of NASCAR management, this race was a rousing success.

Indy Car is still a thing?

The e36 M3 is only available as a convertible in 98 and 99 in the US. It does not have paddle shifters as an option. I have a 99 5 speed.

I love mine, but you will need money for maintenance. At this age you need to plan for a new top, and expect the suspension bushings to all need replacing. If you have the dealer do this stuff it’s eye watering. An independent mechanic is about 50-75% the cost depending on how much is parts.

I have looked at those many times on eBay. But ultimately they are never in estoril blue, and thus an expensive repaint is in order. And quite frankly installing it for winter to sit in my garage is just dumb... still want it though.

A clapped out pinto is an improvement over the last compass. Had one as a rental car. Shameful vehicle. Glad to hear they started over and produced something worth buying!

I love those cars! I always wanted to buy one and drive to vegas wearing a bowling shirt and smoking a giant cigar.
