The article seemed to indicate that Lyft did this better already than Uber. Obviously you can’t discern reason, but penalties for cancelling often are a good thing.

I agree it’s a good business decision. But I don’t think I have it all wrong. If they made both the declining small car business and the trucks and suv’s here, there is more US production.
