As much as I loved the lobby early on, I’m not sad to see a lack of the machine-drawn posts. Call me old fashioned, but I think the Splatoon community deserves a more bespoke type of shitposting, not just grabbing an image and letting a program do it for you

All of which is made extra weird by the fact that the inter-character banter constantly references canonical events

As much as I hate to say it, if you’ve already played Ico, you probably don’t need to play this. It doesn’t move very far beyond Ico’s concept, and while the world is beautiful and intriguing, you just sort of stumble through it throughout the game without making much of it

Might just save the Sonic franchise with this

I must not be playing this game right; I’ve never felt pressured or compelled to buy anything, and it’s already ad-free. I wouldn’t say it’s particularly fun, and I definitely wouldn’t call it a sequel, but I think a lot of the complaints for Pocket Camp come from people who think you can “beat” an Animal Crossing

This all has me thinking about something that’s bothered me from the very first time I played vanilla Destiny: what is the point of the option to report players for quitting activities early? You can’t select a player that isn’t in your activity, so anyone who quits early will be unreportable. It’s been there from the

You misspelled “Fauna” pretty badly up there

Chicken fucking is a good way to draw attention, especially from the non-gaming parents looking more for gifts than headlines

Is it common for streamers to stream streamers streaming? That’s some Human Centipede-level stuff right there

And what’s up with how pink haired guy says “prologue?”

Shitty as it might be for me to say it, I kinda hope that Forces falters in terms of sales. Sega promised that they would determine the course of the series based on the success of Mania and Forces, and I think the world could use more of the former and less of the latter. All of which is to say nothing of the

Just got to this last night and had the same problem: one misstep at the shockwave segment and I have to start from scratch all over again. I don’t find it to be a test of skill or any the more challenging to have no checkpoints, especially when it’s an instant failure for falling. I had to put it down out of

I’m trying not to find this cathartic, I promise

Wasn’t Kojima not involved with Portable Ops?

It’s been a while since I last watched it, but I don’t remember Jacob’s Ladder being so much a horror movie as it was a drama with bouts of very creepy imagery

I consider it a visual novel that just uses interactive means to get from set piece to set piece, since as far as I know, screwing up these parts doesn’t cause any sort of failure state, but you’re probably right, and point and click is most likely more accurate

Between what I’ve seen of this and Night in the Woods, visual novels have suddenly become absolute powerhouses in nailing real, authentic characterization and dialogue this year

I don’t care what anyone says, the Sonic OVA is enjoyably cheesy and dated

It interesting that Sonic remains notable to Japanese audiences when he was arguably at his best when he was being geared for Western audiences

I have this exact same armor loudout, except for the bond. Went with purple, though, to remember that I use it for Voidwalker and also because I’m not very clever

Looks more like the Numb Body from SH3:
