Agree. I like my Tacoma, even though it’s 5/6 the size of a full size. It has a stick and it’s easier to park.

Then I wish they’d stop heralding this thing as a “return to form”. If they’re going to make bloated luxo-barges from now on, then let’s all accept it and move on.

The M2 will be a fantastic car, as are most of BMW’s offerings. And creature comforts really help with daily duty. I’m really just armchair racing this thing, as a lot of Jalops do. As for me, this car won’t be in my wheelhouse anytime soon- so there is little point criticizing a car I have no intention of buying. But…

If the only difference between the M4 and the M2 is two bowling balls in the trunk, then what’s the point? You’ll be the BMW guy with no appreciable advantage to picking the “tiny 2-door”, except being too cheap to buy an M4. “It doesn’t matter what other people think, as long as I like driving my car” you’ll say, and…

I think the TRD grill is the best use of space so far for the third gen. All the others seem like they’re trying to imitate the chrome cow-catchers on full sizes.
