Thought I'd chime in as we just got one at the Apple Store on Black Friday. I checked the website to see if it was compatible. It was. We only had 4 wires to connect. It was simple and it's been in and working fine so far. I saw the Amazon reviews and wonder how compatible their systems really were with Nest.
