Thanks for the info. I basically eat hard-boiled eggs, chicken, pork, with spinach, black beans, etc. I try to stick to the diet suggestions in Timothy Ferris' book.
That's what I've been doing now. I don't know how much is enough though. I'm afraid of the mass building stuff and high protein mixes that has a ton of sugar as well. I don't want to repack on the pounds, but I do want to increase my muscle as well. Maybe I should talk to a trainer or something.
What I want to know is how to take things to the next level. I lost 50 lbs, but really haven't put on that much muscle, while still having deposits of fat around my belly and thighs.
