@Maave: The only USB 3.0 card which works with a Mac Pro is the Caldigit, and it just launched this month.
@pixelsnader: USB 3.0 would solve one really big issue with Macs: external storage support.

I have always told developers that if they took the time to consider what was the singlemost important thing they could achieve today was, and just did that and went home, they would be more productive than 90% of developers even if they only worked 10 hours a week.

@ThickSkinned: OK, having lived in NorCal, I can tell you that growing weed is extremely easy, everyone has a plant somewhere, and whether it is commercial-grade or not is irrelevant to most NorCal'ers - smoking someone's homegrown is much more of a honor and a special occasion, and its never a disappointment.

I am not certain, but according to my back-of-the-envelope calculations, there are some people who cannot afford the $2000 for a iPhone 3GS + 2-year AT&T contract.
