I agree. Despite the poor gameplay and repeated environment in DA2, the story and characters are much more interesting than DAI. I replayed DA2 a couple of times, but I could not even finish DAI.

And then you have the Yakuza series from Japan, where the protagonist is not a plucky young teenager.

Hopefully some Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney games too.

I have played Kiwami (the traditional Chinese subtitled version). There are no recaps. There are additional story cutscenes that mainly featured the antagonist and some new missions, but none that ties 1 to 0.

The Japanese VO. If I remember correctly, Sega gathered all the original voice actors and actress from 1 to re-record all the lines for Kiwami.
