Funny because I checked the NHTSA website last time I saw one of these reports (6 months ago at least) and it indicated that Lambo was blaming the service technicians for leaving the E-gear lines loose..... always easier to blame the technician.

Unfortunately this type of information never gets on the CarFax report.
