Does anyone else realize that she left her baby in the freaking car?
Does anyone else realize that she left her baby in the freaking car?
That's exactly the thing.
I tried the same tactic while appearing at traffic court the other day.
Never saw the appeal of these over a contemporary Mercedes 300 D wagon. I mean, look at it. And (if you manage to find one) it´s cheaper too.
How about this:
It should be "defecation". Sorry.
On Sunday evening first responders were called out to a running car where they found Lorenz slumped the steering wheel inside. In the car police found a brass punch, a ring of eight car keys, tools for car theft, a pipe and some heroin.
The problem is, a gas tax is very regressive, and hurts the economy overall. I know all of us poor and middle class are struggling and think things in the country have gone downhill, but the country overall has more money than it ever has in history. The problem is, all of that money is being funneled to a handful of…
Maybe cut back a little on that $756 billion being spent on the military?
As someone who's owned two RWD Bimmers I'm as butthurt as anyone that BMW is abandoning its core values. I was ticked enough with the phasing out/impending death of naturally-aspirated inline-6 motors. However, could I like a FWD Bimmer more than a GTI? For sure. It's quite possible. I just can't get into VAG…
And here it is (german site):
Yea, I want to hate on Rand, but this was rather reasonable. She got burned by this girl's sisters and is still willing to make an offer to help as long as she's repaid.
I don't see a single thing wrong with this. She was kind enough to be willing to help, didn't even ask for interest on the loan, laid out clear, reasonable terms and explained that she was strict on her conditions precisely because she'd been taken advantage of before.
Yeah, I expected some crazed rant about freeloaders and the evils of generosity, but what I actually got from that letter is that Ayn Rand was doing her niece a favor, if a harsh one. Older Kids/Teens need to learn how to be independent, that you don't deserve whatever makes you happy just because you want it. I don't…
I'm pretty much with Ayn on this one. Every kid needs to get this letter at some point in their young lives.
seems like more and more kids these days should be given this kind of advice. At least the niece got off easy by simply being written off as a bad person with no other real repercussions if she didn't repay the loan.
Don't turn your hazards on unless there's an emergency. I wan't to know when you're changing lanes and I can see your taillights just fine.
No, don't EVER put on your hazard lights while driving down the road. This eliminates the ability for people to see your indicators, or even your brake lights if you're driving an American car (most likely). It's such a terrible idea and I hate it when people do that.
Meh. I'm of the opinion that if you're still on the road, you should leave the blinkers off. When I see blinkers I'm thinking disabled car, let me move so I can avoid them.
Sons of bitches are trying to kill me.
