I’ve covered Hennessey and other tuning shops for years and it’s always a losing proposition. There’s the “X site is cozy with Hennessey or Roush or XTREMEBALLSTUNING to get cars” patrol on Reddit and on forums who always assume any positive coverage exists as a quid-pro-quo.

I think that’s tremendously unfair, and disingenuous. Jason called Hennessey and grilled him. These are the answers he got. He also reached out to the OP and never heard back until much later, to discount what Hennessey said about him being drunk.
