I’m really going to miss President Obama. Can we get him for another term? He might not want to stay around for another fourd years, so we may have to sweeten the deal. Get him Mustang Shelby with a manual, and blank out a spot on the WH property so he can do donuts.

The flat spots on those tires will make the ride rather unpleasant.

Any BMW with aftermarket angel eyes look rice, and based on that principle, I can’t justify the cost, unless it’s priced below fair market. Even the “upgraded” angel eyes look like shit.

Truly one of the nicest looking sedans on the market in the 90s, and that goes for both generations.

It’s not unique and cool enough for $11k. And from a value standpoint, it’s definitely a losing proposition. a 2003 Tacoma doublecab 4X4 under 100k miles is around $11k. I know, because I’m currently looking for one.

The Transit Connect, in Platinum trim is plenty nice for me. If it offered a V6, it would be perfect. I had one for a week, and the 4 cylinder was not bad, with plenty of power. I don’t need a van to be loaded up with gizmos. I’m the kind of person that likes vehicles somewhat stripped down. Give me Bluetooth, manual

The Pacifica is a recent contender to the minivan game, and yes, I’m impressed with FCA for coming up with a good T&C replacement. The current gen Grand a caravan is just dreadful. It’s a Dodge Caliber with Stow N Go.

So these idiots are in charge of parts as well? Good luck Sergio and the FCA team...

*it’s* typing too fast to make sure the boss doesn’t see me surfing the intertubes.

What’s not great about it? It has room for 7 passengers, gets decent mileage, super reliable, and totally unnoticeable. You drive one of these, and cops are not going to even spend any time on you.

As a child of the 80s/90s, I really liked the minivans we grew up with. Toyota and Nissan had the wedge vans, except Toyotas went forever, while the Nissan had a tendency to grenade itself before 100k miles. Mitsu had a box van as well, and while we didn’t get the cool 4WD Delicas in the US, it came in either

This is the s/c version, good for 160hp when new. It’s not a hauler, I know. But then again, America’s irrational desire for instantaneous power is just stupid. Sure, it’ll take some time to get up a hill, but i’t not doing any damage to the engine, and it certainly isn’t going to make that much of a difference. Not

Toyota Previa. Because cool minivan before minivans got all bloated and useless. Not a fan of the color, as these vans look awesome in maroon or red, and I’d rather have red, but since we are going for being unnoticed, this will do.

Sure. That. Why not.

DD’d one when I was living in Taiwan from 95-96. Awesome vehicle. The Diesel engine was slow, but geared just right that it’ll do some real off-roading without much drama, and the payload was incredible for its size. I wish I could’ve brought it back home to the US with me.

Name sounds a lot like Activia. I don’t want to drive something that reminds me of Jamie Lee Curtis and yogurt at the same time.

Damn homie. $30k OTD is insanely good deal. What trim? I’m looking at a RTL-E myself, because I have to have a moonroof (sounds ridiculous, but it’s one frivolity in life I’m not willing to give up). That said, I’m having a pretty hard time justifying the $41k sticker, as $41k gets you more vehicle with a Tacoma, but

I wish him a speedy recovery. That is some scary shit right there. I rarely think about it when I’m under the car to work on stuff, but I’m very anal about how the car is raised, put on stands, and chocked. Even then, you’ve heard stories of people getting hurt when they did everything right.

Ha! I wish they still make the Prelude, but I guess at some point they crossed into the Accord coupe’s market share. With the tech that available today, it would be a really nice car. A girl I dated in college had a 97 (first year of the last body style. It was a fun car. It was the firs fwd car that I didn’t mind

If I was in the market for a new car, I’d pick up a Mustang GT in a heartbeat. I’ve had bmws, so I’m used to the negative stigma that comes with owning specific car brands. If the world wants to think I’m a jackass in a Mustang, go for it. I’ll prove them wrong by driving responsibly...Until I get on the tracks.
