A friend and squadron-mate had the 2 liter version of this car, a '69 2000 (SRL311), that we used to autocross when we were attending flight training in Pensacola that year. Nice car. Even better friend.

The 240Z I had custom painted, added wheels and an Abarth exhaust. Sold to a squadron-mate when I transferred overseas in '75. He still has it and won't sell it back.

OMG. I saw this car (or its twin) on base at RAF Menwith Hill in the U.S. housing area. I was working in England from '96 to 2000 and every time we visited the base commissary and exchange, I rode through housing hoping to find the owner. Alas. No luck.
