Was it just me, or were there some nods to old megalomaniacal movies in here? I saw The Man With the Golden Gun, Planet Of the Apes (especially when the polo players rolled Muscle Man), and I guess The Most Dangerous Game. Were there others?

Marquess of Queensberry rules, sirrah!

Thomas is starting to take the place of High Five Ghost as Fives becomes ever-more intriguing and complex.

"We also knew that he was nicknamed "Noman" because he left no man alive."

Robins? I thought they were cardinals. Transvestite cardinals.

I don't know — a little hanky-panky on our currency might be more symbolically accurate.

I still hold that Margaret and most of her family are transvestites, because female cardinals are brownish and don't have a crest. Which is really kind of awesome, because half that family are transvestites, and I can't wait to see Mordecai's reaction when he finds out. That also means Frank is really into the freaky.

Speak for yourself. I want my uninformed updates loaded with far more details and a couple asides, otherwise it's not worth my wasted attention.

Maron's the best Maron when he's playing his podcaster persona on the TV show. He's a sub-par Maron when he's playing Marc Maron, podcast guy who has a life outside of the garage, uncomfortable in his own fake skin, and its so obvious because everyone else around him is pretty comfortable in their own skin hanging out

How different is this from the FBI's Carnivore program? It seems like a similar type of program, but just working under a different agency.

And the FBI did it ten years ago with Carnivore. Not to justify the program, but this isn't anything all that new. A surveillance program gets knocked down in one agency, and it pops up gopher-like in another.

He got suspended for the next game, but it's a "this is Origin" thing, where the fights seem more important than the game itself. Kind of like old school hockey without pads, ice, or a puck.

What kind of a sport is this?

Just an observation: Jaime Murray ended up getting romantically entwined with ladies on both Defiance and Warehouse 13, twice in one week. Is SyFy typecasting?

Watching Google run his shutdown script made me giggle. Go to command line; isn't that where he's already at? That ain't Windows XP on the screen. Run the script; since when does running a script require constant typing after the script's been run? It reminded me of Fred Flintstone starting his car by running with it.

This is TV, not Wolfe or Shaw. (Meaning Gene Wolfe and Bob Shaw of course)

Not lip-sync; interpretive dance.

The nanowizards stopping the ICBM's would be in keeping with the ending of The Stand and how those missiles were stopped… goddammit.
