Oh yeah, I definitely needed to lose the weight, and have had a messed-up metabolism for decades, making it pretty impossible to lose weight even though my dietary habits have always been healthy and portions controlled. And it came off slowly; this is basically since Covid lockdown. And this was without any changes

A couple of friends have been taking it for its supposed anti-aging properties, so, uh, yeah. But I also take it for my Type 2, and lost twenty-five pounds on it (plus another 25 when my doctor added Jardience to the mix)

I know, right? I read it as a sort of humorous compliment. So much outrage, so little actual outrageousness.

And she probably wouldn’t need some of those IVs if she consumed a balanced, nutrient-rich diet.

Developing a thicker skin through having a sense of humor is the ideal response! Everyone should have that goal, and practice developing it. People should treat each other with kindness, but it’s a harsh world out there, and it doesn’t provide a lot of safe spaces.

Possibly dumb question here: since all the pharmacies will have to get certified in order to dispense Mifepristone, how have people been getting it up to now? Has it previously only been dispensed at doctors’ offices? Or is the certification for pharmacies to dispense it directly, without a doctor’s prescription?

That’s really common, though. Most artists’ paintings sort of resemble themselves. Maybe because they are most familiar with their own features, so that’s what subliminally comes out of the brush?

I don’t think it’s non-hetero discrimination, particularly. For those who believe that trans people cannot change their sex, and basically pretending to be the identity they have chosen, they’ve been labeled the Spicy Straights. They believe that LGB are one thing, based on same-sex attraction, and everything to the

I also have Type 2, and decided no more diets for me, eat whatever I want, only when I’m hungry, and stop when I’m full, right around the time I was put on Metformin (I have always eaten conscientiously, moderate portions, minimal junk and sugar, mainly veggies/fish, broad range of foods, but fat most of my life and a

She doesn’t look like someone who actually eats pizza, though. That’s probably where the cognitive dissonance comes from. She’s just posing as though she’s eating it, but after that bite or two, the rest of the slice is going in the trash, and she’ll probably head straight to the bathroom to purge.

I saw coming attractions for this yesterday, and it looks fantastic. The two Nics make quite a duo. Can’t wait.

She admires blonde icons like Barbie, who is playing a character? Does she not realize that Barbie is a fictional character who was manufactured to have that one consistent personality, and not able to hide a more serious and intelligent personality unless she was actually created that way?

The grill, antennae/tentacles hairdo and missing eyebrows are a distraction so we won’t keep pointing at the bad surgery, but it’s not working.

Same reason most celebrities have terrible tattoos. (I don’t know the answer, I just know that the only celebrity I can think of with good ink is Margaret Cho, and she planned a lot of her work years in advance so the placement and layers would work together)

Hoffs has also had a ton of work done, but the key difference is she has a better surgeon, or one who can guide her towards more natural results, and she doesn’t appear to have the insecurities and dysmorphia Madonna seems to have.

Hmmm… I didn’t know about those other drugs. When I first went on Metformin, I lost about twenty pounds over Lockdown Year One, like I said, without any particular dietary changes, and my doctor added Jardience, and an additional 28 pounds off by this point. I recently found out a couple non-diabetic friends are also

When she talked about what she was doing, it sounded like a very extreme, unhealthy and restrictive diet and a lot of working out.

What’s the issue with Tovey? I know nothing about him, aside from him having some impressively large ears, and playing a lot of gay characters in British films and shows.

Sort of/not really. The ageism angle is because she hasn’t backed off on presenting herself and insisting on being seen as sexually active and desirable (whether or not anyone agrees with that) at an age that most women have packed up their bustiers and gone home.

A decade ago, I would have taken their comment as sarcasm, but I don’t think many young people are fluent in that anymore, so it’s probably just ignorance.
