that seems to be a fun aspect of it as well, tho. There seems to be a very thin line between grassroots, built-it-in-my-backyard cars and the lower tier pro teams. 

i dont even think my cable provider gives the SPEED channel unless you pay for some garbage NASCAR package. this is taking me dangerously close to cable provider rant.

not defending abyone but I'm assuming someone with A-pillar gauges at least knows something about their car. I'd put guages outside of the top ten, easily replaced Truck Nuts or Glue-on "vents".

I really wish this sport was a bigger spectacle in the US. I've never been to a RallyAmerica event but they seem so few and far between and in remote corners of the country. Guess I'll just have to hit up the event in Newry, ME in July.
