What makes his poor mouth animations even more unforgivable is that they worked in a really great facial twitch near the end of his monologue. He did that smirky-sniff thing that looked really great!... after showing you his big, wooden, flailing hands and his poorly animated talking.

Totally with you on that. That's the first thing I saw of this game, other than the environments, and I'm turned-off. Those kind of jesture-y jerky movements were ok back in the days of GTA3, but... I mean... this is on the XB1, right? That animation needs some work :-/
