Flash, JRE, and .net - this is a list of everything I try desperately to avoid using on any computer, anywhere.
@MattChance: Yeah, this is epic fail on Mac, for both Safari and Chrome.
I'm still trying to figure out how to install Docky on my linux boxen now that I've successfully installed Gnome-Do. #dock
Ah. nevermind. Ignore the PPA instructions for Ubuntu and just look in "All available applications" under the Add/Remove Applications" menu option on the main menu. #dock
I'm having some trouble installing gnome-do on Ubuntu Intrepid. I keep getting an

Sites with auto-refresh totally FUBAR the count. I left a window open to [MSNBC.com] last week when Tim Russert died - it auto-refreshed 125 times in one day.
@themiddaysun: Um, you can create a separate partition and designate that as "/home" - that's how I have my Ubuntu box set up given the update cycle it's on.
@Frame: Yeah, now that I've been testing it for a while, it's definitely got a "beta" feel to it. Including some residual leakage problems. But I think it's going to end up, in final form, as a significant improvement.
