I was thinking the same thing about Dan Stevens. He had to play so many different versions of David tonight. Scared, menacing, creepy, sad. He had to go through such a range over the course of not just one episode but even within a few scenes.

Multi-tasking seems to imply he can do two or more things at once. He comes across to me more like a child who can't keep focus on task, and gets distracted by something as simple as balloon, jingling keys or finding out someone who kinda wasn't nice to him once said something.

But my point was at the start of DoFP, nothing has been reset, and it is not an alternate future yet. But Professor X is alive, and Wolverine has his adamantium claws. Everything is reset as the movie goes along and we get an alternate future, but before that point those discrepancies don't make sense.

I also thought he was trying too hard with that title and it failed on him. I get the point, Sweat was a more party/dancey album, and Suit was the more grown/sophisticated album (i guess). But the problem is when you put it together you just get Sweatsuit. I'm not sure making two albums that fit the greater core

But the reset is caused by the events of Days of Future Past. In other words the movie itself explains the undoing of almost every move before it. But that reset doesn't justify the events of Days of Future Past itself. Professor X being alive isn't explained by the Days of Future Past reset as the movie itself

Set phasers to Mohel.

It's not where they are, but when they are?

Yeah, i've been thinking that at least since last week. He's starting to look like an angry kid hitler.

Ha, I did that last week. The episode ended. Then just started again on FX, and I couldn't think of any reason not to just watch all over again. And I would argue this episode was even better than last week. Like this show has been great, but this episode found another level.

I think the dog's name was King. But I can see how King could sound like Cake, or how Cake could sound like King. So um, I dunno if this gives us any answers. But hey that Angry Boy was creepy looking. Did he have a Hitler moustache?

It's on again now, and repeatedly for the next few hours on FX. They just switch back and fourth with last week's episode.

I had a similar thought. Sure, he clearly has powers, but that doesn't mean he's not mentally ill, he can be, and likely is, both.

It's nice to have movies based on characters popular amongst young kids, that you can't take young kids to. Can't take them to see Ninja Turtle movies, now we can't take them to see Power Ranger movies.

A little less extreme than that, but the Captain America movies got better with each sequel. Though the third movie was almost as much Avengers 2.5 as it was Captain America 3.

Yeah, I'd have to agree. Whether the last Jedi is Luke or Rey, or Luke and Rey, isn't likely to change the movie much.

Gillian Jacobs has been on that Judd Apatow Netflix series Love. I haven't seen it personally but it has been well received.
