If you want a TIC that doesnt have all of the gimmicks and just works, this Gourmia one is on sale for $125 on amazon right now. I have had it for over a year and use it 2-4 times a week without issue. It’s a 1200w so it heats faster and you shouldnt have any problems even in an older building.

Here is a more basic one that works just as well if not better, doesnt have the stupid gimmicks of wifi and bluetooth, and is only $125 right now. I have had mine for over a year now with no issues and use it multiple times a week.
