The AWD is still only available on the CVT. That was the one big trade-off. Only change made really is starting in 2015, only the Nismo and Nismo RS can be had with a 6MT, and all but the 2015 Nismo RS would now come with a higher compression V2 revision of the MR16DDT. I specified the 6MT model. The CVT is garbage, just like every CVT. The 6-speed manual on the other hand is the same one from the sentra spec-v of days past.

Why, though? It has a hatch. It has nearly identical specs to the Mini Cooper S in the Juke’s BASE model, not to mention the Nismo and Nismo RS trims.

What exactly is the reason that it’s not considered a hot hatch, then? I really would like to know.
