No, but it SHOULD give the newer looking paint from underneath the stickers a more faded look to come close to what the rest of the paint is. may have to do multiple layers. If it doesnt work, you can peel it right off or use goo-gone if necessary.

The width of your tire makes very little difference when going over a speed bump at a higher speed. the second number in the tire size (sidewall) is what actually matters. Width is for grip, Sidewall is for not bending your wheels.
