Yes but at the same time if you HAVE to win (or even be in the top 2 or 3) to be viable, then that is obviously a huge issue for the organization at large. It’s not going to be around for long if the only way your team can survive is to win.

TV shows are predictable by nature....it is what it is. If Game of Thrones wasn’t “predictable” to you by, say, the middle of Season 2 (at latest,) I’d say you just chose to be blind to what you were watching.

As a resident of Arizona for about 12 years now I can assure you there is no thought/action too idiotic for these people to partake in.
