I have a few problems, or umm... concerns with this...

Nice write up.

@sirtalis: I wish. I don't have that many really. Some devices I hold on to the boxes for 6 months or so, then realize I won't be selling it, so I ditch the box.

@cyberguy91: If it is refurbished, they would have replaced the earpiece fit kit when it is resold. I highly doubt they are selling them with used earpieces.

I don't watch unboxing videos for new product launch excitement. I do however, keep boxes to gadgets I know I won't be hanging on to for very long. iPods, cell phones, point & shoot cameras, and some computer parts are things I will use for a year or two and then put up for sale online for someone looking for

@Spartan21: Its in bulk non-retail packaging, but I don't know how they'd know it's refurbished. I'm sure it still has warranty from Jawbone.

@derilium: The beauty of Last.fm is you don't need anything else. You can use other programs to scrobble, but the service by itself works for you. @GoodBytes: Agreed. I own several Logitech mice. I even built in the VX Nano receiver into my laptop. I recently changed the receiver to the Anywhere MX since it is Unifying. I've been asking for Unifying functionality for years! See below.

Pretty cool. I just picked up a Logitech Illuminated Keyboard. It's absolutely beautiful. Beats the crap out of the Saitek Eclipse I had previously in terms of backlighting and aesthetics.

@Frizkie: Laws are laws. Just because they are flawed or unjust, doesn't mean they shouldn't be followed. I didn't say you can't break them, because obviously, many of you are.

@John Steele: Let's not all forget that data plans on AT&T do not provide very much bandwidth... so hopefully you're either on WiFi or you are watching your data usage.

@spookyu: I did not simply call you an idiot. Your reply to me inferred that you can simply download what you want without hesitation or moral or legal consequence simply because no physical product is missing after you copy the file. Your statement was simply narrow-minded and generic in saying that if you were to
