I actually love DreamHost. I didn't nominate in the previous post because I thought it was asking for simple/stupid hosts... but I'm glad it won!
This can't be good for the cable. Cheap headphones use crappy cables to begin with, and that is sure to break some crappy conductors. If you have expensive phones, why would you want to ruin them by doing this?

Last.fm FTW!
Umm, Synergy is a different type of program. I use Synergy simultaneously with UltraMon and/or Display Fusion.
I use Display Fusion and UltraMon, depending on which has the least bugs on the current release for what I need.
@DharmaLab: Yep. I don't use the trick that often, and yes, it usually is only a tablespoon or two. I imagine pouring water will warp the pan. You probably need this trick with really stubbornly stuck foods.. in which case you probably burned it or cooked it dry....
@Posco Grubb: Libraries take time, but I eventually found them quite useful. The "symbolic links" that still exist keep old programs functioning. They could have removed them (or you can, probably) but I imagine things will break. They should be hidden files anyway you shouldn't see them. I used to show hidden files…
@DharmaLab: Hmm, never had that happen. I guess the pros would recommend staying away from aluminum cookware, even though it is cheap. I'm no pro. Good to know though. Maybe using warm water is better?
@Buster Friendly: I agree. That stuff is great.
You can also flash-clean a pan or grill after cooking by pouring some cool water on it while it is still hot. Anything brunt, stuck, or crusted on will sizzle off immediately. If you neglected to do this after cooking and it has cooled onto the pan, you can reheat the pan on medium-high heat, then splash with cool…
It'd be pretty hard to top OpenDNS in terms of reliability, speed, and features. Unless of course, Google bought them too.
Turns out if you're not in one of those 12 cities, or a city at all, your chances of having 3G are pretty chancy. I live in the middle of nowhere, where I can't even get DSL or cable service. Sprint Mobile Broadband is my life saver. I've got 100% signal strength and my CradlePoint CTR350 router will stay connected…
I've been on 1920x1200 resolution on my Dell XPS M1710 since I got it over 3 years ago. Before that, I used a Dell Inspiron 8000 with 1600x1200 resolution (the 4x3 counterpart), for over 5 years. For me, anything less than Nx1200 pixels is not enough! I use a Dell 2408 at home in UWXGA as well.
I still say Sprint is fantastic.
Hmm, a Windows Mobile app would be much appreciated now, thanks.
