Cheapish reliable hybrid SUV with enough Drive by wire components you don’t need to have a massive design effort to change into DBW. Hybrid for the batteries and charging system to power everything and SUV for storing all the sensors and computers. Even AWD to top it all off for the low traction testing

20% more displacement than the WRX on the same engine platform and it makes more horsepower in the range of Dyno tolerances. Hopefully if this 2.4 is going in the STi it gets a bigger turbo.

What reliability issues are you talking about? I have a 2013 and have had rock solid reliability from day 1. No issues, no oil consumption, no head gaskets. You can’t drag issues from the early 2000's to the new cars. Every time somebody brings up a Subaru the HG issue gets brought up but outside of the now dead N/A

At 0%, who cares? Make your payments as if it was 36 months and you still get to keep the 0% that isn’t offered at the lower month intervals. Do I need to pay off a large purchase from Amazon over 12 months? No, but would I rather keep the money in my pocket and make small payments at 0%, at no loss to me? Heck yeah.

Skyactive is not this technology though. They have been using the Skyactive term for awhile now for their engines. Skyactive-X is this engine and is just the new gen.

That could very well get you a denied warranty claim on the engine. However if you flash it back to stock, you may not be caught.

Not many cars or cuv/suv’s have LSDs anymore. They try and emulate it with the brakes, which as you can see doesn’t work that great or fast. The Acura has one, and that’s where you see the wheel speed take affect.

Then what do I do about the fact that all neighborhoods in my area are HOAs and all houses I’ve seen not in one are old, dilapidated and facing major roads.

You can’t compare early 93-97 LT1 motor’d 4th gens to 97-22 LS1 cars.

I even got an unsecured loan through them so the car is technically mine, title in hand.

Come on down to Virginia where the law states that 3 things must be present for you to be charged.

Exactly people keep mentioning how it should just quit working if they don’t respond. I fail to see how that is better than at least trying to manage on its own while making more and more warning sounds. Yes in this case it couldn’t keep going and failed to stop itself but this is one case out of many out there that

How? He wasn’t paying attention enough to take the wheel when given multiple warnings how would turning the system off help him? Now take all the people who did take the wheel when it gave them multiple warnings and imagine what would have happened if you just suddenly drop all control into their hands.

So you rather the guy who is obviously not paying attention to now be sitting in a car that now isn’t even in control to a small degree? That would be even more dangerous. You want it to fail safe, not fail unsafe. That’s the whole point of the warnings and chimes, to get you to start driving so it doesn’t have to

This applies to way more than the ZR2. If you are going to replace everything, don’t go buy the top trim. If you are going to restomod an old car, don’t start with the rare numbers matching model, find the 6 cylinder automatic chassis to start from. The amount of times I’ve seen this happen and people get all excited

5year post revival. And as a fact one still lives on and not in Long Island.

You make it sound like dealers loose money over time? Are individual dealers profitable? Then so could manufacture operated dealer locations. If anything it could be cheaper because of rolling in things like healthcare to larger pools and centralized inventory with less overstocking situations.

This gets worse when you shop used. I’ve been shopping Grand Cherokees(2014+) and typically its only about $1500 more to go from a Laredo to a Limited. That gets you so much that it is in my eyes the better deal. To most people that is just $1500 and more expensive is not a better deal.

Just be aware that these are not the newest versions of these tools. The impact driver does not have the nice 3 speed selector and both drills aren’t as powerful as the new ones. To compare this is the newest version of this kit.

Don’t you mean Maryland?
