@Kamikaze5-0: If most cars weighed less than they do now, this wouldn't be a problem at all, would it?

@Hopman: The remaining two surfers and one stoner opt for old Volvo wagons.

Yeah, it's not a great car. What it is is a unique one, one that performs reasonably and is remarkably well-kept.

@Baby Beater Benz: I'm shocked they have yet to make an argument how this is cutting into city revenue by lowering DWI citations/arrests.

Well, the Volvo is too staid, the Murano and Pilot too ugly (from the front) to be seen near, and the Mini Cooper generally too uniquely decorated. The others? You tell me.

@alexander_the_car_salamander: If all Cadillac owners did that, they'd be indistinguishable and therefore nearly as much of a target as they are now.

@Psiu! Puxa!: Your 244 is the coolest car I have ever seen!: Hah, yep. I've gotten completely ignored on the freeways of Massachusetts doing 75-80 in a 65 in my 244. Similarly, I drove from February through the end of June with no front plate, and never got a second look, presumably because I must be a respectable

@Bonhomme7h: We're more specific in New Hampshire - it's a California Stop.

@bkjester: I noticed recently just how much a green Kia Soul looks like a Pokemon... As such, I've been posting photos of it from different angles, captioned "A wild KIA SOUL appeared!"

@nobodyr: No problem! I figure, the fewer people who see worthless ads, the less of a market there will be for them. Some are just downright offensive.

@SpdstrME07001: I've driven to work and back before with no headlights/front turn signals/grille, and had to signal out the window. Further, as a bicyclist, I use these regularly when I'm on two wheels. It's a shame that many people have forgotten then.

So it's the bastard lovechild of a Scion xBloat and a TX4 hackney? Ohhhhhhhh good.

@zeeboid: The vast majority makes me chuckle, as well. This was just as ridiculous as usual, but even funnier.

@nobodyr: Yeah, there's a slight performance improvement, but it's mainly useful because it eliminates flashing distractions, poorly-coded ads that pop over your stuff, Vibrant Media's festering pools of disease (though those are easy to disable anyway), as well as the biggest offenders - noisemaking Flash ads.

Come on in, pussy lovers!

@Motor_Yakuza: While we're making cheap processed-pork-offal jokes, how about this big ol' dish of double entendres?
