@armyofchuckness: Precisely - since there was no mass-produced '83, any Corvette is better than no Corvette.

I thought at first this meant the Corolla/xB 2.4 (2AZ-FE) - fine enough, that's a decent engine; not terribly inspiring, but 160-ish horsepower and similar torque would be sufficient to move a lightweight RWD car in a reasonably entertaining manner.

@Bubs: This is true - though I don't get any heat when stopped regardless (failing blower motor) and I additionally have a weak battery, so I don't shut off the car too often if I can help it.

@beeeasyed: Here in New Hampshire, the background 911 and Stanza Wagon (Prairie) are both DOTSBE-worthy as well!
