Won’t you be my neighbor?

Remember all those movies like Clueless where the geeky girl gets a make over and she’s suddenly hot and popular because she’s now hot? Yeah, this is nothing like that. Those movies started out with a beautiful Hollywood actress, put glasses on her and marched her into the scene. This was ugly, is ugly, and will

I almost bought one of these once. I had insurance and a small loan setup for it. This was about 5 years ago. I have the photos somewhere. I flew from Boston to Orlando, met up with my folks, then headed over to see a Sox game in Ft Myers. By luck I saw another one in a used car lot. I was really anxious to see it.

And you’re making fun of convertible Porsche Cayennes? My how thin your glass walls are . . .

He used a 0.25? Personally, I think a 0.45 would have worked better.

There is a certain amount of pride that goes to a cup when a pinch fits the recipe. NY to me is the epitome of that type of thinking. Nobody really cares about the subways or the skyscrapers but people in NYC.

People in Boston don’t seem to mind. Maybe they’re used to it? Maybe they’re just better at it? Maybe they just don’t bitch about it on a blog.

This mean you and the DeMuuro are eskimo brothers now?

Flying is a privilege

Because they killed off Victory, and because they’re made overseas and shipped in, but sell themselves as American. But honestly just about all companies are doing that now in one way or another. I read through all the other replies here and it really opened me up to a lot of different ideas. I just want something big

Let’s just say you aren’t going to find a new Pontiac or a Victory anytime soon.

more im a big guy so I need a big bike than I need to go fast. An Indian Scout or a BWM R-Nine or Scrambler would be cool. I need to sell my summer car or my boat then I’ll get something. Most likely go to one of the big pre-owned shops around Foxboro and see what’s comfortable for short money for a couple years then

My first choice now is the V-Rod, but I guess too much power for a newbie some say. Second and third are Indian and BMW. Maybe a Scout, Chief, or a BMW touring or roadster. Picking it out is usually the best part though, isn’t it?

Yeah. I got my license last year. There are only a few bikes Im really interested in, but everyone says get something small and low in HP. But being a bigger dude that has had a few faster cars it kinda loses the appeal. If I did get a V-Rod it would be an older one $5-7k or so. I also liked some of the Indian bikes,

Honest question from a guy thinking about getting into bikes. The V-Rod seemed to be a big step in the right direction. Add new technology and appeal to a younger crowd less excited about big cruisers and more excited about muscle, speed, and image. Then HD killed it to refocus on the street which is more of a cheaper

Enter The Robin.

I don’t know about your mom, but my mom told me to only cross a street when it was safe.

Don’t over think this

25 pizzas coming right up

I’d read a long article about just the engine. 2.7 liter type 4 with no turbo putting out 200+ hp? Whats the stroke on that thing? I cant imagine there is much room between the 2 cylinders to even make a custom piece with 2 bores. Has to be a long stroke, no?
