A classic old car that doesnt scream rich all over it. A 1972 Porsche 911s may be a stretch here. A 911 E or an old Alfa would be my guess for most people. A 914 would be my pick.

Wasn’t that one asking people what was the coolest JET powered vehicle not a plane or something like that? I remember a few people listed things powered by turbines and they were sloughed for not being jets. I think turbine powered thingers are cooler anyway. The driveline engineering is amazing.
This is why I love Jalopnik. Sure there are funny reads like the fastest “boat” or ship or whatever. But the coolest part is that guys can ask real questions about cool cars that they be quasi thinking about buying and guys like you and Doug are cool enough to answer them.
