I don’t know if I’d want the world to know that my mom’s dream car is a used BMW 3 Series. Never mind that it took several people 10 years to save up enough money to buy it.

The argument I’ve always heard is that the interior quality is crap, which it still is. The handling was just another issue which seems to have been resolved.

As many other people said the interiors are a massive let down. Yes the performance numbers are there and the exterior staying is OK ( but still behind the Germans in my opinion) but holy hell are the interiors a let down. Put a M3, RS4, C63, and ATS-V in a line up and tell me the ATS-V has a comparable interior.
